内容摘要：从某一方面来说，焦虑成为了驱使我旅行，创作，制造改变的原因和动力。而焦虑本身也并不能够被消灭，在生活中，只要有对于进步和更好的生活的向往，就会不断的产生焦虑的感受。只要能够正视这种指向虚无的症状和不安的情绪，能使人有进行改变的动力。
2014年的夏天开始创作一个系列焦虑主题的木板油画。
事实上在此之前很长一段时间，我就是处在一种非常不舒服的焦虑状态中。我决定外出旅行，在两个月的欧洲旅途中思考，慢慢的意识到了焦虑其实是因为自己的“不能”和“无知”，对未知的未来不可避免的恐慌。而在自身接纳了这种焦虑后，我重新开始围绕着之前的感受进行创作，将焦虑以非常个人的方式美化。从某一方面来说，焦虑成为了驱使我旅行，创作，制造改变的原因和动力。而焦虑本身也并不能够被消灭，在生活中，只要有对于进步和更好的生活的向往，就会不断的产生焦虑的感受。只要能够正视这种指向虚无的症状和不安的情绪，能使人有进行改变的动力。
而创作的这一系列的目的不仅是我对自身情绪的调整，也是希望能够给观者带来正视焦虑的能量。
I started this series of anxiety from 2014 summer after a 2 months journey. Before this journey I got myself into an extremely indisposed anxiety for a pretty long time with no any desire of work. Such being the case I decided to travel a little and try to get rid of this anxiety. And soon I realize, this anxiety comes from my ignorance and inefficiency, that brings the fear of unknown future. And after I accept this anxiety I started to make new works about this feeling I had before, and prettify it in a very personal way. In some way, anxiety become a reason and impetus of pushing me to change, to travel and to create, and anxiety itself is not some thing people can defeat or wipe out. As long as we still yearn for freedom, for love and for a better life, anxiety will follow, and as long as we have the receptivity of this discomfort feeling, we will have the impetus to keep walking forward. I create this series hope to help audience envisage the anxiety inside them.

言语盘系列 presentation
作为一个多少有点社交焦虑的人，我幻想过许多完美而有趣的关系，也幻想过一些可怕的方式去毁灭这样一些关系。我喜欢看人与人之间的交流，一些紧张，尴尬，刻意的或无意的模仿，人的行为和反应，给我许多创作的想法。盘子就是这样一个时期的观察产物。我试图用最日常的物件为依托构建人际关系中的求生意志和死亡本能间的桥梁。
As a person who is generally ‘social phobic’ with others , I wish I could have perfect relationship with others, however, I can’t help dwelling on awful ways of breaking the relationship at the same time. Anxiety, awkwardness, others’ behavior and the way they imitate each other in the course of associating inspired me.
Inspiration of the plates comes from my observation. I try to reflect the close tie between life instinct and self-destruction of interpersonal relationship in pictorial form with some everyday items.
