内容摘要：谢国发个人本身比较关注社会，有很强的社会责任感，创作往往都以社会现实问题作为艺术探讨的题材。在近几年来的研究创作中，谢国发以环保理念作为艺术材料选择的引子，开始了以“废旧物”为材料，结合物件的物理特性，人文背景，所属群体等一系列的分析研究，通过材料的不同表现手段，创作了《瑚琏》、《迅龙》、《乔布斯》、《中国.红旗》等以旧物为材料载体的作品。
谢国发个人本身比较关注社会，有很强的社会责任感，创作往往都以社会现实问题作为艺术探讨的题材。2010年本科毕业作品《白云下的夕阳》，他2个月走访各老人院，利用写实雕塑的形式记录和展示了273个当下白云区老人院里老人晚年的形象，旨在借此引起社会对老年人和老龄化问题的关注。在近几年来的研究创作中，谢国发又以环保理念作为艺术材料选择的引子，开始了以“废旧物”为材料，结合物件的物理特性，人文背景，所属群体等一系列的分析研究，通过材料的不同表现手段，创作了《瑚琏》、《迅龙》、《乔布斯》、《中国.红旗》等以旧物为材料载体的作品。
